Exmoor Caviar is the UK's first caviar producing farm. Situated in the foothills of the Exmoor National Park, our farm is fed by the River Mole, a natural spring water river that runs through the park. Our fish grow out in wonderful conditions designed to imitate their natural environment. We produce caviar very naturally using only Pure Cornish Sea Salt to season and cure the roe. Exmoor Caviar has supplied into over 100 Michelin Stars in the UK.
